Common questions
How is DPO Service pricing calculated?▾
DPO Service is priced per pupil, per year. Use the calculator for an estimate; final pricing is confirmed in the Price Book.
What's the difference between Advisory and Comprehensive?▾
Both include the Portal. In Advisory, you run it day-to-day (we support and oversee). In Comprehensive, we manage portal operations with you (we run it day-to-day).
Do MATs get a discount?▾
Yes. Multi-academy trusts receive a discount based on the number of schools: 2–9 → 10%, 10–19 → 20%, 20+ → 30%. A further +5% applies on a 3-year commitment (billed annually). Use the calculator to see your estimate.
Can I upgrade from Guidance to Advisory or Comprehensive?▾
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Changes are pro-rated and we'll confirm the updated pricing and any onboarding adjustments at the point of change.
Is there a minimum term?▾
Plans are billed annually. A 3-year commitment option is available and is billed annually.
What are TruCredits and how do I use them?▾
TruCredits are prepaid credits you can use to pay for high-effort, one-off work (processing, redaction, exports, and policy packs). Credits are deducted per task/unit.
Do TruCredits roll over?▾
It depends on the type of credits. Purchased TruCredits roll over until used. Included monthly TruCredits (bundled with your plan) reset each month and do not roll over.

You can buy additional TruCredits at any time. Purchased credits roll over until used.
Can we buy TruCredits without the DPO service?▾
Yes — TruCredits can be purchased separately.
