What does “evidence and case management” mean in practice?

It means requests, evidence, actions, and outputs are organised in one place with clear status, ownership, and a record of key decisions—so work doesn’t get lost in email threads and shared drives.

Does the Portal keep an audit trail / decision record?

Yes. The Portal is designed to keep a clear decision record so you can explain what was done, when it was done, and why.

Is access role-based and separated between schools/trusts?

Yes. Access is role-based and scoped so each school or trust only sees what it should. Separation by default is a core design principle.

What exports/outputs can we produce?

How do TruCredits fit with the Portal?
